Mouse Brain Dataset
Created Date: February 2021
This dataset was generated in house at Resolve Biosciences. The experiment used a custom 100 gene panel to measure gene expression in situ for a single sample on a Molecular observation slide. The dataset contains, DAPI image, expression matrix, gene list, and cell segmentation files for download.

Resolve_Mm_BHA1_expression_matrix.tsv | Plain text file containing a cell by gene expression matrix as tab separated values. Gene counts have been obtained by intersecting the raw transcript locations with the cell boundaries. |
Resolve_Mm_BHA1_raw_locations.txt | Plain text file containing x, y and z coordinates plus target names of individual RNA molecules as tab separated values. Coordinate values correspond to pixels in the DAPI image. Targets named “FP XX” refer to decoded signals from barcodes not used in the experiment and therefore indicate false positives. |
Resolve_Mm_BHA1_ROI_via_DAPI.zip | ImageJ ROI file containing cell boundaries. Cell outlines were obtained by first segmenting individual cell nuclei in the DAPI image, expanding each DAPI segment by 8μm and using watershed algorithm to define final segments. |
